Terms of Service
Effective May 25, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026These are the Terms of Service for TriCareerly.club ("the Service"). We tried to make the rest of the product warm and human. This page can't be — it's the legal contract. If you create an account or use the Service, you agree to it. If you don't, please don't use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tricareerly.club if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you failed to safeguard your credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others.
- Submit content you do not have the right to use (e.g., another person's resume without their consent).
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or our infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or other tools to access the Service in a way that exceeds normal human use.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute outputs without our written consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying networks.
- Submit malicious code, spam, harassing content, or content promoting violence or discrimination.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action — including removing content, suspending accounts, or terminating access — for any violation.
4. AI-generated content
The Service uses large language models to generate tailored career documents. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Outputs are generated automatically and may contain factual inaccuracies, omissions, awkward phrasing, or bias inherited from the underlying AI models.
- You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying every document before sending it to an employer, recruiter, or other party.
- We do not guarantee that outputs will pass any specific Applicant Tracking System (ATS), result in interviews, or lead to job offers. ATS scores produced by the Service are estimates and may not reflect any particular employer's actual screening behavior.
- You retain ownership of the resume, job description, and profile content you submit (your "Input Content"). By submitting Input Content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
- You own the generated outputs and may use them freely for personal job-search purposes.
5. Intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design, branding, and documentation — is owned by TriCareerly and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology beyond your right to use the Service as described.
6. Pricing, plans, and payment
The Service may offer free and paid plans. Pricing, included features, and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All fees are non-refundable except in unforeseeable scenarios or where explicitly stated otherwise. We may change pricing at any time; existing subscribers will be notified before changes take effect at their next renewal.
7. No job guarantee & refund policy
We'll be unambiguous here, because the job market is hard enough without confusion about what we do. The market is the villain. We are a tool that helps you fight it — we are not the outcome.
- TriCareerly is a tool. It produces tailored resumes, cover letters, and application materials. It does not guarantee a job, an interview, a recruiter response, an offer, or any other specific outcome. No software can promise that, and we won't pretend otherwise.
- No refunds for hiring outcomes. We do not provide refunds because you did not get a job, an interview, a response, or any hiring result. Whether an employer replies is outside our control.
- All sales are final. TriCareerly does not offer refunds of any kind for subscriptions, credit top-ups, or custom services, except in unforeseeable scenarios.
- Technical failures are always re-credited. If a generation fails on our side, or you are charged and your credits are not delivered, we will re-credit your account. Email us at support@tricareerly.club and we'll make it right — every time.
- Exceptional circumstances. Life happens. If something genuinely out of the ordinary occurs, email us at support@tricareerly.club and we'll review your situation and resolve it at the earliest. No promise of a refund — but a real human will read it and treat you like one.
- Bring-your-own-key (BYOK). When you use your own LLM API key, all model and provider usage charges are your own responsibility and are billed directly by your provider. We do not control, meter, or refund those costs.
- Custom services. Custom services (for example, Portfolio Building, starting at USD $333) are subject to separate terms agreed at the point of engagement. Any hosting or third-party services for your portfolio website are billed to you directly by those providers.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@tricareerly.club. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose a risk to other users or our infrastructure.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, RESULT IN EMPLOYMENT, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRICAREERLY, ITS OPERATOR, OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TriCareerly and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Input Content, your use of outputs, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction apply.
